Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $100 or more ship free to the United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $9.95
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada, please check back as additional countries are added.
When are orders processed?
Orders received from Monday-Thursday between the hours of 12:00 am and 11:59 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders received from Friday-Sunday between the hours of 12:00am and 11:59 pm EST will be processed on the following Monday. Order processing time is separate from shipping times.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
Most of our products are personalized and/or made to order, so we can’t offer returns and exchanges of sizes / design unless the items that you receive are damaged or different from what was ordered. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction so please reach out to us if there’s an issue with your order!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered to customers that receive wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@giftideas.gifts with photos of the wrong/damaged items within 30 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours after an order is placed. We work on each individual personalized order and send production files to our manufacturing vendors within that time. Once the vendors have started the production process, it will not be possible for us to cancel.
Most of our products are personalized which means we can’t resell the item if you attempt to cancel after productions is started. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@giftideas.gifts within 30 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
